Information Technology Services

Welcome to Information Technology Services (ITS)

ITS is San Jose State University’s Technology Division. Services are accessible from our expansive Cloud Computing Center which contains a wide range of technologies, such as shared servers, network and wireless devices, and phone service. Applications we manage include SJSUOne, Workflow, Email, Calendaring and Teleconferencing.

Our division also manages security; this encompasses the policies directed by the CO (Chancellor’s Office), auditors, login processes, procedures, tools and assistance to users who encounter viruses.

ITS is partnering with other SJSU divisions on many projects campus wide. Information on these projects and technologies is included on our website.
