 Welcome to Networking Services

The University Networking Services/Information Security Group is a part of Information Technology Services (ITS), located in the Computer Center. Network Services provides the implementation, support, maintenance and consulting services for LAN, WAN, Wireless, and the Data Security of San Jose State University.

This includes, but is not limited to the reliable delivery of data, access to the Internet, bandwidth and security management. The University's Information Security group works with the campus community to secure system and network resources, and to protect the integrity and confidentiality of student, faculty, and stat information.

"Network or Security Maintenance are performed during the Network Service/ISO maintenance window, which is Sundays from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon."
