Repair Requests
Are you having problems with your telephone, fax, or alarm system? Do you need some help with your phone features or the voice mail system? Are you unable to make, receive or complete calls? This is a good place to start.
Service Requests
In need of a new telephone? Do you need to move an existing service from one location to another? Do you have a phone, but the set needs to be upgraded? Perhaps you just need to change the capabilities of a telephone; a service request is what you need.
Meet Me Conference Instructions and Requests
SJSU Information Technology Services provides Meet Me Conference calling to the SJSU community for up to seven on-campus or off-campus participants with the convenience of a seven digit call-in number. If you need a conference call for more than seven participants, ITS can set up a QWEST audio or web conference that fulfills your requirements.
Billing and Reporting
All departments are charged monthly access fees for their telephone and voice mail services via the university's cost allocation system. These charges are posted to CFS (PeopleSoft Finance). Cognos reporting will be updated only through June 2012.
Cable Requests
SJSU Information Technology Services is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of voice and data cable on the SJSU campus. The Cabling Services Group is also available for consultation services to assist in planning for new construction and remodeling projects.
Martin Luther King Library
The Martin Luther King Library is a unique collaboration between SJSU and the City of San Jose. Part of that unique character is, the library has its own telephone switch and voice mail system, which is connected to the main campus.
Information, Instructions and Lists
In need of some general information? Would you like to find out about the features on your phone or how to use the voice mail system? We have collected in one place the information you need to successfully use the SJSU phone system.
